St. Louis Half Marathon

Shalae and I did it, we ran the half marathon and survived :)  Toughest physical challenge I've done yet, we'll see if the fitness show proves to be even tougher ;)

Before the race, so early, but still happy :)

There were soooooo many people, we were in corral B.

Cramped up the last mile and a half but mustered a smile for Mindy ;)
